Each bouquet is carefully designed and arranged by our Flower Mamma floral designers incorporating the freshest seasonal flowers available to best suit your occasion.
Images shown on our website are provided as a guide only and flowers and shades will vary, creating a sense of uniqueness as no two bouquets are the same. Please be assured that our floral designers hold years of valuable industry experience and promise to provide you with the best seasonal blooms available.
Flower Care
To ensure your flowers stay fresh for longer please follow our flower care guide below:
Once unwrapped, carefully cut the bottom of each stem on a sharp angle before placing directly into water.
Replace the water every two days, cutting each stem again at each water change.
A drop of plain household bleach can help to kill any bacteria in the water, which can help to prolong the life of your flowers.
Keep flowers out of direct sunlight and away from any direct draught from air-conditioning.
Delivery
Flower Mamma offers same day delivery for all local orders placed before 12pm AEST.
Flower Mamma cannot be held responsible for any damage or lack of care to orders once delivered. In the event the recipient is unable to receive the delivery in person, deliveries will be left as close to the front door of the place of delivery as possible.
Refunds will not be offered where incorrect information has been provided. If a delivery has been attempted unsuccessfully due to an incorrect address, or there being no safe place to leave the order, redelivery will be offered however at an additional charge.
Flower Mamma does not offer delivery on Sundays or Public Holidays.
Should we encounter an issue delivering your order and are unable to reach you first, we reserve the right to call the recipient. In this event, your own details will be kept confidential.
Gift Certificates
Flower Mamma Gift Certificates are valid for a period of three years from date of issue, unless stated otherwise on the certificate. Gift Certificates cannot be exchanged for cash, and must be redeemed in-store or by phone order only (online redemption not available).
Refunds
Flower Mamma does not offer refunds. If you are unsatisfied with your flowers in any way, please contact our store within 24 hours to discuss your concerns.
Collection of Data
Your privacy is important to us and any personal information provided will be kept confidential.
In providing your details to Flower Mamma you agree to communication regarding your order, and to receive future communications regarding offers available with the option to opt-out.
